Bright and Spacious 5 BR Home Close to downtown. Pet-Friendly!

Nestled in a quiet street between OTR and UC, this house is the perfect place for your Cincinnati getaway. Newly renovated and spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this house can comfortably accommodate multiple families, groups of friends, or professional travelers.

Pets are welcome ($100 per stay) and you can enjoy the large fenced-in backyard while lounging on the patio furniture or using the grill to cook dinner for friends or family.

The space:
This home is bright, spacious, and completely renovated from top to bottom. The brand new kitchen is stocked with cooking necessities for those who prefer to prepare their own food. The coffee station includes a standard coffee maker, a Keurig, and the mugs are handmade by local artists.

The bedrooms are the on the second and third floors. All mattresses are high-quality memory foam with comfortable linens. All linens, including comforters, are washed between every quest. Every bedroom has blackout curtains.

IMPORTANT: the third floor has one king bedroom and two twin beds. The twin beds are in the bonus room at the top of the stairs. This area is open and does not have a door. These beds are perfect for kids, especially with the adjacent king bedroom for parents. If your guests are all adults, please keep this in mind.

A washer and dryer can be found in the basement and detergent is provided.

Pets are allowed for a fee and the backyard is large and fenced in. When the weather's nice, feel free to enjoy the grill and the patio furniture.

Guest access:
The entire house is private. For accessible needs there are 2 steps to get into the house (1 from sidewalk, 1 into the house), and there are 5 steps to get to the backyard.

This property is exactly as described and pictured. It offered a great place to relax with friends, take a walk or a very quick drive downtown for dinner. The beds comfortable, everything was clean. There were several smalls touches to make our stay comfortable. I would easily recommend this property.

Cincinnati family getaway adventure

The house was everything as advertised. Very clean, well supplied with essentials, all appliances were in perfect working order. AC worked great (we needed it). Bed’s very comfortable. Communications with host was easy and response time very quick. The large dining table was perfect for eating and evening game time activities. Backyard was private and awesome for grilling. House location worked well for getting to activities ie ballpark, riverfront restaurants etc. Would recommend this property for any family of five+

Great in Mt Auburn sleeps a big group in a small house

We enjoyed our stay on a quiet street in Mt. Auburn, Cincinnati. The property was simple, but checked all the necessary boxes. Open layout first floor of kitchen/dining/living was great. Bedrooms felt BIG for a moderate sized house. Window treatments were great in all bedrooms and the AC was set perfectly and kept us cook in peak summer. Future renters should know that this is a strictly residential neighborhood on a steep hill-- not great for walking, and any shops or retail were a bit too far to wander to. We ended up driving to most things, but the good thing is the drives were all short. This place perfectly suited the needs of two families with two little kids each and grandma in tow.
