The open-concept living area is centered around a charming kiva-style gas fireplace, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for movie nights. This space flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals:

- Primary Suite: A spacious room featuring a King bed, a Smart TV, and
French doors that open directly to the pool patio. The ensuite
bathroom is a personal spa with double sinks and a luxurious garden
tub.

More than 1 dog is allowed but prior approval by Host is needed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding. Cats are not allowed.

The property was very clean in a great area! It had everything we needed including coffee pods,creamers and sweeteners. The pool was perfect for hot August weather. Very refreshing. Having garage parking was wonderful. My wife fell in love with the house and area also. Highly recommended!

This listing was beyond expectations! Me and my family were able to comfortably gather here for a pool day thanks to our host, Monica! The home was spotless and had many amenities like a pool, 2 bathrooms, a hot tub, WiFI, laundry room, a stocked kitchen prepared for home cooking and a walk in closet in the master bedroom that is spacious enough to fit the entire homes wardrobe! There was plenty of seating as well inside and outside in the backyard. Overall,

The property is in a nice neighborhood, and the house was very clean and nicely appointed. The property owner was responsive and helpful. If you want to use the hot tub, you need to plan ahead as you have to notify the owners and it takes a long time to heat up. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Well, the state was pleasant. The house is really awesome nice and clean great neighborhood not too far from anything. The pool was a little cold so depending on when you rent, it might be chilly. We still swam every single day even though the pool was 54 the owners are awesome to communicate with prompt fast and help you figure it out. I would rent again.

Great Visit!

The home was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The pool and hot tub were perfect as was the chairs and chaises around the pool. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back.

Great Space!

We had a great time staying at this house for our trip to Las Cruces. It was very clean and in a great location. The mountains are beautiful and can be seen from the back yard. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Staycation!

We had a wonderful time at this location! The place is spotless in a quiet and calm neighborhood. We had so much fun at the pool and making family dinners! Highly recommend for a family staycation. Monica was excellent communicator, she was attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!

My 3 sons and I stayed here for 3 nights over a long weekend. We really enjoyed this home. It was perfect for the 4 of us. I enjoyed having a full spacious kitchen, garage access, and a refreshing pool to cool off in. The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was excellent and close to everything you could imagine. Wonderful home! Thank you for hosting!
