Be sure to explore Seal Rock, the ultimate spot to watch local seals and sea lions gather!

- We have plenty of ocean breezes through windows and doors. Like most homes in the area, we do not have central AC.
- Our occupancy includes an additional one beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
Parking Details:
1 parking spot for a standard-sized car in a shared parking garage located on-site.
The garage height limit is 76".
Street parking with street sign restrictions.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

My husband bought this condo when he was a Professor at UCSD and has always loved sharing the waterfront experience with others.
Why they chose this property
People come from miles just to enjoy the sunset at the unique point, directly in front of the condo. An added bonus is that you can walk everywhere. No car needed!
