Worst experience ever

This was by FAR the WORST experience ever in my travel history (and believe me, I am a traveler!). The host cancelled with no reason my reservation just a couple of hours before the check in time. No answers, no talk. Just a cancellation right off my flight landing in Phoenix. Vrbo was able to accommodate us in a cheap hotel for one night and then WE GOT NO FURTHER ANSWERS, never a support to respect the reservation, never another option. The money was refunded 3-4 days after and I had to spend twice the budget on a last minute accommodation with other options. This messed up our entire plans, and overall make very difficult our entire trip as it was planned around this accommodation with the number of people in the property. I don’t know what’s worst! If the host or Vrbo customer service. I guess all comes down to Vrbo, for letting hosts do what they want and post fake information. STAY AWAY!!!
