Beautiful NEW semi-oceanfront build designed for a complete and utter relaxing serene get away in the heart of wild horses community. It is a semi-oceanfront lot, and a quick easy walk or drive to the water. This beautiful home is perfect for your families get away. It offers 2 1/2 bathrooms (and a 3rd outdoors) and sleeps a comfortable 12 people, in its large 4 bedrooms; two bedrooms with king beds, 1 with a full over a full bunk bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each sets of rooms are connected with a Jack and Jill style bathroom.

This home is ideally designed to comfortably house two families.

There is an 8 person hot tub; perfect for those relaxing evenings after putting the children to bed.

4x4 vehicle is highly recommended in this secluded vacation spot. This is a vacation you will never forget and you will want to come back every year! Driving distance to the park with picnic tables, charcoal grills and more fishing areas. There are local restaurants/bars located just a short 9 miles from this home and roughly 1 mile after you drive off the sand.

This house is equipped with all your home typically would have. It has WiFi, a 75” TV, and 32” tv in the children’s room both equipped with YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video. There are plenty of beach toys (sand castle equipment, giant connect 4, corn hole, large cooler, several boogie boards, pop-up/folding chairs, and a 10x10 easy-up/canopy)

Excellent remote location! We rented a 4 wheel drive Expedition and my daughter drove an AWD Terrain across the beach to get to the house. The house is awesome and you'll see wild horses everyday. The closest grocery store is the food lion in town so plan accordingly. The owners have the house stocked very well but book this house and enjoy the privacy and driving one minute to the ocean.

Great spot for a beach getaway!

Property is new and clean in a great location. We could see the ocean from the kitchen/living room and saw horses from the house multiple days. The arcade games and shuffle board table were big hits too! Excellent, proactive communication from the owner. All contributed to a great stay!

Amazing Vacation

Our first visit to The Outer Banks and this home was an amazing spot. We were close to the beach and the wild horses came by the house every day! The house was clean, well appointed, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. We’re definitely coming back!

Super fun trip and great accommodations. We travelled to OBX from across the country and couldn’t bring many amenities. This house had everything we needed and made it a stress free vacay. Location was ideal. Beach was quiet and relaxing. Horses were always around. Even saw a sea turtle nesting!

We absolutely loved our week in Corolla 4X4! The house is gorgeous, and the host is super responsive. We didn't lack for anything we needed, and wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again in the future. I would definitely abide by their suggestion to air down your tires to 20psi. We had zero trouble getting to the house and back by following this protocol. My advice would be to stock up on as many groceries as possible before arriving. Don't follow your GPS, follow the coastline for approx. 9 miles to mile marker 21. Make sure to take note of when high tide is so that you can safely make it to and from the home. Can't wait to return to such a beautiful and peaceful place!

Amazing property and location

Our first trip to the Outer Banks was amazing, and this house helped make it that way. The house is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We saw the horses every day, and twice while sitting in the hot tub they just walked by. It's a quick walk to the beach or drive. Evan was an amazing host down to the detailed Welcome Packet. I will definitely be back and staying here again.

Can’t Wait to Go Back

My family spent a week here at the end of March for my granddaughter’s 10th birthday. We had an amazing vacation, and part of that was this beautiful property.The layout of the house is great for families. We loved the large open space on the top level, and all of us spent a lot of time with shuffleboard and PacMan! In addition, it was well-stocked with everything clearly labeled. We were able to settle right in without having to search for anything.Evan was amazing to work with. He was very responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls. The welcome packet included all the information we needed.We feel like our needs were anticipated and met. So we definitely will be staying here when we Cole back.

An amazing experience!

The home is beautiful! The location made it an amazing experience. Traveling on the beach to get there and then so many beautiful homes built beyond the dunes. You definitely have to have 4wd or AWD with some clearance. The owner was very responsive. The home was well equipped for a comfortable stay away from home. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super Fun - Must have 4x4

Great new house - spacious living area - nice kitchen and good beds. Can drive to the beach with all your beach gear (bring your own - house doesn't have much) but not too far to walk (need to walk down the sandy road and up and over the dune - watch for trucks/jeeps!). We were glad we rented a 4x4 and didn't take the advice of the host or we would've been one of the $900 tow truck customers. There is soft sand, rough sand, deep puddles - regular AWD won't cut it. Unique beach experience for sure - had a ball - and the horses visit the property daily which is really magical.

This was a vacation, not a trip

This area was truly remarkable. We traveled to Corolla with our four daughters (11, 8, 5, and 5). This house is very kid friendly. We saw the wild horses each day. There is a herd that must “live” close to this area. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, kitchen beautiful, and our favorite part was the outdoor shower. The 4x4 beach is extremely close to the house, a 5 minute walk, or 1 minute drive. You definitely want to be prepared with groceries and essentials. The drive to town is 30+ minutes. Having 4WD on your vehicle should be mandatory, we aired down our tires and had no issues. Owner was super responsive on any questions or issues that we had. We look forward to coming back here!

Great Vacation

My wife and i just celebrated another anniversary in Carova Beach at this beautiful home. The home is in immaculate condition and has all the necessities for a great holiday. The beach is also clean and is perfect for sunning, walking, sandcastles, fishing. You absolutely need 4x4 to get there and that is another experience you will remember. The hot tub and grill, also very clean, and we're used each day. I didn't bring my kayak, but will next time. Lastly, the wild ponies are very cool. No need to go on the pony tours as they are everywhere. Every morning they would stroll by as we were having coffee on the top balcony. You can walk or drive around the village for many more photo ops. Evan, the host responds immediately if needed. Thank You Evan.

Summer ‘25

This was our first time at Carova Beach, we loved it and will definitely go back again! We loved this house, it’s very functional and will stay here again next year. You will not regret booking this house!!!! Check in/check out process is easy! Evan is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The kitchen has all appliances needed and spices. We had 3 teenagers, the kitchen and family room were a hot spot during our vacation. The lay out of the house is perfect! The large family area with games, deck, kitchen, dining area is amazing for when we were inside. We could all be in one room either together or doing our own thing. It felt like home, very comfortable! The beds were great! The house was stocked well and had everything we needed!This was our first time and we got stuck in the sand once trying to come over the dune road to the house. We were driving a suburban but it didn’t have big tires on it. I know some folks do fine in many vehicles but we will drive something different next year. Within 2 mins of being stuck, our vehicle was surrounded by the most kind people and we were out in no time!!Everyone in the area is so kind and it’s a quiet area. We saw horses every day which was so awesome!! We truly loved being there and can’t wait to go back! This house was great, the outdoor shower is amazing idea and helped keep the house/our stuff with little sand. The hot tub was clean and so great to have in the evenings!

Relaxing at its best….

The house was just what the listing said and was beautiful, very clean and wel-equipped. The house was laid iut to take advantage of the views. We went to relax and unwind and that is exactly what we were able to do. Wonderful place to recharge and rejuvenate. Since we were in the off season, the weather was cooler but we expected that. Still, a beautiful area to visit and be near the ocean. The owner was very nice and helpful when we spoke to him. Also, great attention to detail in the welcome packet. We’d recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near the beach and more out of the congested tourist area of Outer Banks. Do pay attention to the tides when planning to go out. And do be sure to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle due to driving on the beach and sand roads to access the property. But that’s part of the beauty of Corolla.
