Walk to historic Casey Key landmarks, including its unique swing bridge and famous Casey Key Fish House and Tiki bar, or glimpse playful Dolphins from your own private beach access.

Sarasota is a cultural seat, home to the Ringling Museum, Selby Botanical Gardens, Historic Spanish Point Museum, and performing arts center with ballet, opera, symphony, and live theaters. All the shopping to satisfy the most sophisticated and basic needs, and wonderful cuisine.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Pls leave only the amount of towels equal to the # of guests.
Battery powered vacuum is there to make occasional sand collection on floors easy. Beach proximity makes for quick accumulations of sand in the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
An extra charge for guests over 6 is $250 per guest, only by agreement with owner.
All reservations are guaranteed for a future date by owner, should guest need to cancel, independent of VRBO cancelation policy.
Cleaning fee is $200.

This is our vacation home, on one of the most beautiful and private islands in the world. It is not palatial, but family built, owned, and carefully maintained. We want "guests" that appreciate the special offering of such a property for the 12-weeks per year we accept guests, and who will take care of it as though their own, value the gift that it is to us, and find themselves in the extraordinary hospitality of the house.
