Our entire home and all the listed amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
Other things to note
PLEASE respect our neighbors. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise travels in the thin desert air. No outside noise after 10pm.

Pet fee is $40 each. Please let us know if you will be brining more than 1 pet. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture due to allergy and hygiene reasons. If there is excessive pet hair left in the unit, an additional of $75 cleaning fee will be charged.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY use hot tub at your own risk. You will be charged a $400 draining fee if you put any soaps or powders in the hot tub. No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the hot tub area. No glass in the hot tub for your safety.

In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the house is equipped with 2 exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras inside.

We don't offer refunds for weather, park closures, changes in travel itinerary, or mismanaged expectations. Please make sure to check our cancellation policy prior to booking, and avail of your own or travel insurance.

Great space!

I was out in Joshua Tree celebrating a milestone birthday with some friends and this house was a perfect choice! The space had a lot of good character and the kitchen is equipped enough to whip up some food and spacious enough for people to gather inside and outside. I loved that it was close enough to town too so we could just walk over there as needed. If I'm back in JT, I'll stay here again. Thank you for being such attentive and great hosts!

Great Family Getaway!

This home was the perfect place for our family -- it was close to the National Park visitor center (we walked there) and a few good food places (Joshua Tree Coffee, the Dez), while also being close enough driving wise to a park entrance. We got up early each morning to beat the crowds into the park, and then come back midday for lunch, games, and rest. The air hockey table was a big hit with my daughters. We spent our evenings in the hot tub stargazing. It was also a big plus that they were dog friendly. Our labrador got some good sunning time in, along with playing fetch in the fenced yard. The hosts were super responsive when I noted that we had some issues with the gate staying closed and provided a fix. We'll definitely consider staying here again in our next stay in Joshua Tree.
