Run since 1991 as a Bed & Breakfast & now short term rentals, this multi family has been used for years to bring new friends to the neighborhood of Clifton. Within walking distance to the University of Cincinnati, there is always something going on in the area. Restaurants, stores, bars & parks are within blocks. A beautiful city park is at the end of the street. Quick Uber to downtown. This is a diverse area. College students live in the area as well as many others! This is generally a quiet home. No parties allowed on property. No exercise equipment allowed on this floor due to hand painted ceilings below. One bedroom is a walkthrough bedroom. Fine for short term. For long term, it will need to rented as a 2 bedroom.
