Great location for visiting University

Very clean property. Great location. No dishwasher, but Kitchen was well equipped. Great rental for 2, but doable for 3. Would stay there again.

This was a perfect spot for two in a great location. Perry is an excellent host! She was very responsive when I had questions about the property prior to booking, and had touches throughout the home that made us feel welcome. The unit itself is small but well appointed. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small but fully functional and perfect for two. It’s stocked with cookware so you can easily cook meals while you’re there. There’s coffee and even laundry detergent if you need it!It’s located close to the University and downtown, we enjoyed being able to walk places in the nice weather. There’s a parking space so you don’t have to worry about finding parking in the street. The unit is pet friendly and has a small grass area right outside the door. There’s not a yard but there is a park close by. We had a great stay and will be back!

Great house!

I would definitely recommend staying here! The house is perfect and has everything you would need. It is close to UW and downtown. The house is very quiet and the flowers that surround the property are beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a very comfortable easy experience. Walking distance to downtown and the campus. The host made everything very easy. A very clean space. Great water pressure throughout living space. I will book another stay then next time I’m in Laramie.

Excellent location and charming accommodations

My brother and I visited Laramie for a family reunion during a record breaking heat wave. Our hosts provided an air conditioner that really made a difference. The place is a short walk to our favorite coffee shop and also an easy walk to downtown. It was very quiet and well appointed with curated reading materials and other entertainment supplies. The sofa bed is comfortable (with the foam cover provided) and so easy to set up. I was a bit apprehensive as there were no reviews posted when I booked this, but I would definitely be a return customer.
