Archipelago villa/ house close to water and city on Resarö, Vaxholm

Modern villa (2016) in 1 1/2 level on Resarö in Stockholms Archipelago. Sunny back yard.
Large patio with sun during daytime and generous areas for play and relaxation. Gas grill is available for loan. On the grounds there is a trampoline (with safety net) for the children to play with.
In connection with the patio is the heart of the house, kitchen and living room with lovely hang around areas, fireplace, sofas, and TV. Dining area with seating for 8 people.
On the ground floor there is also a large hall, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet and a further toilet.
Upper floor offers 3 bedrooms and a family room with TV (Apple TV). Two bedrooms with one single bed in each room and one with a daybed that can be pulled out to a double bed. There are also two mattresses that can be put on the floor.
Wireless WiFi is available. Stairs from the driveway up to the house.
10 minute walk from the house is the nearest dock with possibility for a dip. The closest bathing area with beach, playground and changing room is in Badviken a 15-minute walk away. Small cozy beaches and docks are found all around the island. Bike path is all the way to Vaxholm.
At Resarö there is also a grocery store (ICA) and a pizza restaurant.
600 meters from the house there is a bus stop with bus to Vaxholm and Stockholm (35 min journey Stockholm)
Ferries with endless possibilities for beautiful archipelago tours departs from Vaxholm daily and some trips also go to Resarö.
Tennis courts and football pitches are on the island, the nearest golf course is Waxholms Golfklubb outside Bogesund (15 minutes away by car, even bus from Vaxholm).

Bed linen is included when wanted.
Final cleaning is compulsory at a cost of 2000 SEK
