We had a wonderful stay in Dennisport. We came for a relaxing family vacation, and this house delivered. It's quiet and private, and sitting next to the ocean with those stunning views felt like a real luxury. The neighborhood is walkable, which was a nice bonus. We visited post-season, and I'd highly recommend it. The Cape gets a little quieter, and it's the ideal time to slow down. This house is a wonderful place to spend time together, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out. We'd love to come back. Highly recommend!

Sitting along, the seashore was awesome. The location was outstanding. The host was very attentive as he helped us get into the house when we got there. The layout was a little unique with the entrance in the area, where you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the main part of the home. The upstairs was very nice with beautiful views of the bay. This property has tremendous potential

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the oceanfront location, the views, and your stay overall. Just to clarify the layout for future guests, the house has two entrances. The main entrance is located more toward the middle of the house, while the second entrance is closer to the parking area and next to the first-floor bedroom. Most guests choose the entrance closest to the parking area for convenience, which does mean passing through the bedroom to reach the main living area, as you mentioned. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your feedback!

Fantastic location on the beach! Was everything we hoped for. Perfect stay. It's also the first house on the coast, so there is no house/property to the right, which makes it feel very open.

Great place by the sea! Ample spread space for a larger group. Great access to a beach and a walk along the water. Dennisport is a great area and so accessible to the rest the cape has to offer.

Absolutely stunning property. The views are phenomenal. Lots of space and tons of storage. Good to know that when the tide is in there is no sand/ beach left- although there are public beaches a very short walk that have sand even at high tide. The host was excellent, sending along all of the needed info and checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. House has a little bit of an odd layout, but lots of beds and sleeping space. Icecream place and lovely restaurant (the laughing cow) in very easy walking distance. The pool and foosball table in the basement were massive hit for the kiddos. Lots of parking space in the driveway which was great when friends swung by for a few hours. Watching the sunset out on the pier was a highlight of the vacation, and the view from the master bedroom was 10/10.

Fantastic ocean view, comfortable common areas. Great for our group of 4 adults. We didn’t cook meals, but appreciated the large sunny kitchen. Strong wi-fi supports remote work and streaming media.

This was an all star find. The house was huge and super fun to stay in. We were able to watch the sunrise from the beach and sunset from the balcony. The pool table and foosball offered fun for my kids. The owner reached out regularly and checked in as needed. The beach is private and right next to a public beach so you can do a nice walk in the morning picking up shells and having fun.

We had a great time with the family on Cape Cod for Thanksgiving. The host was very accommodating even answering on the holiday when we locked ourselves out. The place is literally on the beach. We were able to enjoy sunrise and sunset this time of year. Perfectly placed mid cape to access wherever you want to go. Great rooms with sweeping views. Best spot on the cape

Beautiful getaway

We spent several nights at this house with my family. The views from the back deck and the family room were even better than the pictures. Location was great and it was very relaxing.
