About this property

360 square foot house on Iatt Lake. Full queen bedroom. Sleeps 4. Full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Full Kitchen. Great porch. Adjacent to the lake and kayak launch.

Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside.

Kayak and paddle boat rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Tandem Kayak or Paddleboat rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

Other things to note
The Fish House is on a large property with two other tiny homes and a house boat. There are several shared areas. These shared areas include a screened eating area, fire ring, boat launch, fish cleaning station and fishing pier.
