Beachside cottage steps from beach with sandy back yard in garden setting. Ideal for family vacation. Located on the ideal north end with restaurants, stores, and boardwalk activities within walking distance.
Three bedrooms plus enclosed sleeping porch.
Lease must be returned no later than 3 weeks before rental
Off season available.

House is fully furnished, but you supply your own linens.

My home is a historic beach cottage and it is advertised as such. I am sorry, but surprised that this gentleman was disappointed. Before he booked, I was concerned and asked that his daughter visit my home to see if it would meet his needs. She was very enthusiastic and satisfied. I asked her to look it over and see if there was anything he would be concerned about. I specifically asked about the location of the bathroom and she said it was not problem. I try to have every modern convenience and yet retain the charm of the home.

If you like Victorian style cottages with a lot of old pictures from Manasquan and charm this is the place for you. It was perfect for me and my family. I love Manasquan and it brought back some great memories. The owner was great.

Lovely Vacation

This was a wonderful vacation because we were so close to the beach. It is steps from the boardwalk and beach. The house was clean and well equipped. It is in a family neighborhood and has a porch and back yard that are child friendly and safe. The owner is cooperative and quickly responds to any questions, etc.

Charm coupled with comfort and convenience to the beach

I've had the good fortune to stay in this lovely beach house many times. Brings back fond memories of days in the sun. Not only is it very child-friendly (since there is no street to cross to get on the beach), has a wonderful back yard, lovely gardens along with a relaxing atmosphere away from the noise. The house is spotless and well furnished . It is also in walking distance to some nice restaurants. A pleasant stroll on the boardwalk takes you to the Manasquan Inlet...always an exciting spot to see the boats coming and going. Make a date, and enjoy the summer at Manasquan Beach!

A Wonderful Vacation :)

The owner of the property could not have been more accommodating. From the minute you walk in the door you feel pleasantly surprised to find a clean, well equipped vacation rental. You walk out your back door to a sandy yard and smell the ocean and can hear the waves breaking on the beach. With a few more steps, a private alleyway leads you to a beautiful clean beach and a sight that makes you not want to ever go home! This is a perfect location!! Activities, bars, restaurants all within walking distance. At night, it’s a short drive to Manasquan restaurants or close by is the Pt. Pleasant boardwalk for the kids to enjoy the rides. Out stay was so fantastic and I would recommend this rental to anyone. Thank you Mary Ellen for making our stay so wonderful!

The cottage is located on the beachside. It is located behind the 5th house from the left in the photo. You do not have to cross a street to walk to the beach. Children can play safely in the sandy backyard. You can see how close it is to the beach and the ocean.
