Family zip line gathering

Mountain getaway near Dollywood

Comfortable A-frame Cabin on Mountain in Pigeon-forge TN. Nice hottub & gaming experience, Air hockey & donkeykong arcade along with board games. Beautiful Mtn setting.

Beautiful cabin!

This cabin was perfect and had more room than we needed, which was nice. It was very quiet and peaceful. I only wished the hot tub was placed under the covered porch. It got creepy practically sitting in the woods by myself in it at night. I used it one time in the 10 days we were there because I was afraid a bear would sneak up on me. 😆. Otherwise our stay was awesome and I’d definitely recommend this cabin! Hosts were always available when I messaged them and extremely helpful!

Four generations traveling to explore the Smoky Mountains. The upper loft area beds had bugs so two people had to sleep elsewhere. Not enough silverware for our group. Property manager was responsive yet not completely understanding of the issues we shared. They did send a few needed kitchen items. Cleaning crew did not do a thorough job of cleaning the floors prior to our arrival. We shared a list of suggestions to improve for future guests.

This cabin did not meet out expectations. For marketing as available for 8 guests, it does not fit 8 people comfortably. The only twin beds are on the very top floor, shared with the attic. There are three other king beds, but no bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living spaces are incredibly small and do not fit up to 8 for visiting or entertaining. The kitchen was not well stocked, the linens were not clean. No soap was provided in the dispenser. We also struggled with the amenities, like the hot tub, washer and dryer, etc. The host was not communicative or responsive. Several lamps or fixtures were broken, pictures missing. It was not a well kept cabin or space.

Quick stop at Dollywood

We stayed in this residence for 2 nights. The house was very clean and was as described. The road leading to the home is very narrow, and several times we had to pull off the road or back up to allow another car to pass. There were likely more cars on the road that evening because there was an event at one of the homes. We did not have cell phone service at the house and the WiFi network we were given could not be detected, which was frustrating. Given that we had no way to connect the owners from the house, we waited until the next morning to contact them when we went into town. This may have been an isolated glitch, but make sure you have all the information you need prior to arrival. The residence is private, but very close to Dollywood and other attractions.

Avoid Cabins Managed by Haven Vacation Rentals!!!

We arrived to this cabin finding the WiFi credentials were not right, AC not working on 2nd & 3rd floors, dirty dishes in cabinets, cob webs and dust all over, downstairs door unlocked, no lock on sliding door (only a Charlie bar), security access point unplugged. When we arrived we had to go to the neighbors to use their WiFi since there’s no cell service. Informed haven vacation rentals and they sent two other WiFi passwords to try but had no clue as to when someone could address AC issue when it was 91 degrees that day. They finally sent someone out two days later which was nearly the end of our stay. I specifically asked for hourly updates the second night there since the very hot house was not pleasant for any of us trying to get ready for wedding activities. I was told I would get refunded some money but never heard back. Avoid properties managed by haven Vacation rentals if you prefer to have a pleasant experience.
