This newly renovated home is designed to accommodate large groups, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 28 guests. Whether you're prepping for game day with a tailgate, planning a ring dunk, or hosting a special event, our spacious ranch is the ideal setting for relaxation, fun, and making lasting memories.

The expansive property provides plenty of room for outdoor activities, while the newly updated interior blends modern amenities with rustic charm. Enjoy cozy bedrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple bathrooms, all designed for comfort and convenience. Our open-concept layout allows for easy flow between spaces, and the large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

Step outside to explore the vast land, where you can hike, enjoy nature walks, or simply unwind in the serene atmosphere. The property boasts a fishing pond for a peaceful day of fishing, along with lawn games for outdoor fun. Fire up one of the outdoor grills for a BBQ or gather around the fire pit in the evening, perfect for stargazing or roasting marshmallows. Please return all games, systems, and equipment to their original locations.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Keep doors to outdoor spaces closed.
No more than 28 guests may be on the property without prior approval and completion of event contract agreement.
