This is UNIT C and there are two other units being used for Airbnb. The only shared common space is the backyard. Each unit has its own `August` lock

Guests have access to Unit C (unit that has doors open in the main picture)
-Has a main bedroom (w/ queen bed)
- Queen sofa bed pull out
- Futon

Entrance to unit C will be through side gate (not main front door) and will be labeled C.

You will have access to your units via August App (digital key to unlock your door ) and access to full patio

You may have to share patio/backyard with other Airbnb guests staying in other Unit.

The cocina, rainbow donuts, la santisima, gallo blanco
5-8 dollar uber ride to chase field (baseball) talking stick resort (suns and concerte). As well as the phoenix convention center and other business meet ups.

Uber and Lyft are the best way to get around .

-Please let us know if you plan on bringing more than one car.
We will help coordinate best place for parking

- There are 3 units in total that are being used for Airbnb. You could expect other travelers in the patio / backyard area.

✍️ Guest MUST provide a $200 security deposit and matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay).

✔️⏰ No earlier/later check-in/out: although we try to always accommodate our guests requests, we will not be able to guarantee any flexibility of check-in/out times other than the ones already established in our house rules (Check-in at 4:00 PM; Check-out at 11:00 AM). No exceptions. We have to respect the schedule of our cleaning crew and how it impacts our other guests.

- There is no smoking in this house and there is a $500 fee on top of any additional charges for cleaning, ozone air duct cleanings, etc. Needed to get smoke out.

- No parties are allowed or large gatherings (AZ House Bill 2672) fines could be imposed on traveling guests.

- Fine for large gatherings or party (anything reported by neighbors or other guests) = $500

- This is monitored via a Ring doorbell camera on property.

- Please have accurate number of guests staying in unit and abide by max occupancy.

☕ We provide a `Starter Pack` of toilet paper and paper towels. For longer stays (3 or more days), please expect a possibility of supplementing these items on your own.

❌ By booking this Airbnb, you agree that at any time a house rule is broken the reservation is forfeited and there is no refund.

- Understand that Phoenix can go above 110 degrees in the summer and there is generally a 20 degree difference between indoor air and outside temperatures. Due to our HVAC company recommendations, the thermostat has been set to acquire a minimum temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid freezing up the system and causing A/C problems during your stay, hence A/C shutting off.

We apologize, but No PETS are allowed at this property. If there are any unauthorized pets at the home, you agree to pay $500 fee + any additional cleaning fees (double original cleaning fee). This is primarily due to the fact that many guests have pet allergies.
