Best communication and regular checkups by far of any rental so far! Great family house! 10 adults, six youth on our group and pool and proximity to beach were excellent! Great outdoor table on porch for large group dining. Lots of beach chairs and toys.

The amenities of the home: gym, pool, pickleball and proximity to a wonderful beach and a coffee shop were five stars all the way that made the vacation wonderful for 8 adults and 4 small kids! Especially the pool slide. We were disappointed to find the gas stove had been replaced with an ill-fitting electric stove and one of the two washers and dryers were not able to be used during our stay.

Loved the pool with a slide for the grandkids. We all loved having a pickleball court right here to play every day. We loved the accommodations with enough beds for all of us. It was also very convenient to walk to the beaches. Having a market and food near by was also perfect.

This was our second renting this house. Very clean. 200 steps to the beach. Great beach. very nice pool. Everything was great. A little pricy, but what isn't in Hawaii.

Wonderful place to stay with family!

The property was near to the beach, but the grandchildren preferred the pool! The accomodations were spacious for our group of 18 and the provided supplies were generous.

Our group of 20 (6 adults and 14 kiddos) thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location is probably the best you could get this side of the island. We had quick almost direct access to the beach, Snorkel Bob’s and Island Vibe cafe for daily coffees and açaí bowls. Several of the restaurants that were recommended to us as a must try like Merrimans, Sea House, Gazebo and Plantation House are all right there. Napili Market was a quick drive up the street for groceries and Joey’s was a repeated visit for our families for more of a casual meal. The pickleball court and heated pool was definitely the biggest pull for our group and was utilized daily! The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and checked in a few times just to make sure all was well. Overall a really memorable vacation for our 3 families.

Fabulous location. Pickleball was a huge hit for all ages. We had a big group and there was something to do for everyone. Prop Mgr was very responsive. We would definitely book here again.

Beautiful House, Amazing Location

This house is beautiful, and large enough to fit the entire family! Minutes away from a great beach, though the kids probably spent more time on the slide/in the pool. Bedrooms were great, kids loved the bunk house, overall an amazing vacation!

I highly recommend this home. We had 9 people from 3 generations ages 13-79. The layout of the house worked very well for us. The beds are very comfortable. The house was immaculate. It is also decorated nicely. Myra and her husband are fabulous. We were there during the hurricane with no power for 24 plus hours. We had just arrived with our big Costco run. They made sure the generator worked to power the refrigerator so we would not lose our food. They came over at 9 pm! Any issue we had they addressed it right away. My only comment is the pool is not heated. If you want it heated it is 100/day. That is fine; I just wish that had been in the original listing. I had never been to the Napali area; only Wailea. It is wonderful. Quiet with a beautiful beach, Walking is fun and easy. There are great coffee places walking distance too. Very close to the Ritz Carlton. Enjoy!

Myra our Concierge was so helpful and we appreciated all her assistance . The layout of the house made our stay very comfortable for our party of 20 , we never felt on top of each other . All appliances worked in the kitchen ( many times that is not the case in VRBO) the property was excellent, kids and adults loved it!

This house was amazing! There were 14 of us 10 adults 4 kiddos…it was very comfortable for all and clean!The amazing pool with a slide kept the kids busy all day!The property mangers were great! Smooth check in and the house was well stocked with everything we needed..we would love to come back!

We all loved the amenities at the house. The location was perfect, not too crowded and had beaches walking distance so we could swim and snorkel every day.The area was quiet.Communication with the management was superb and they answered all of our questions in a timely way. I would definitely recommend this house to families for a wonderful vacation.
