We arrived earlier than we anticipated to the house and though the cleaning was not done they were nice enough to let us drop off bags and put drinks in fridge. Area was nice as we were close to many restaurants. House was clean. There was seven us that stayed and I don’t recall hearing one complaint from any one. I would defiantly recommend this host and property to anyone and everyone. We enjoyed our stay!
The house looks exactly like the pictures. Amazing location, we could walk anywhere we needed to. Yes there are train tracks close by but the sound isn’t overbearing.
This was a cozy little spot in an up and coming location. We had a blast and had everything we needed. Loved the location. Lola was delicious and we loved the coffee shop too. Highly recommend!!
Updated nice accommodations. We had a very comfortable stay. The area was great and close to Park Circle. One thing that can be approved is the patio area. Some weathered boards. Thank you for letting us stay. Also railing going upstairs was broke when we arrived.
Great location for our girls weekend. Easy walking distance to the North Charleston downtown area where there were great bars, restaurants and shops to visit.
Our stay was wonderful and loved that bars/restaurants were in walking distance. Would recommend that since provide linens that a hand towel for the 1/2 bath be provided as well.
We had an amazing time staying in your VRBO. We are all nightshift ER nurses who came for the margarita festival. This place was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to a local bar/restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!
Lots of updates needed outside (pressure washing, etc) Ants in the kitchen, living room, dining room and in the drawers in the kitchen. Dirty appliances (left over bread and crumbs in toaster), dirty linen with visible stains in 2 rooms (comforter, pillows, and sheets). Left 2 -3 hours after arriving due to unsanitary conditions and requested refund.

Unfortunately this was an attempt at a free or discounted stay for no cause. The guest was offered cleaning services to address any issues they had and refused. They then attempted to cancel payment on their stay.
We had a great stay at this home in Park Circle! The location was super convenient — Ubers were easy to get, and it didn’t take long to get to any of the places we had planned. The hosts were also very accommodating and let us check in two hours early so we could decorate, which we really appreciated! The house had plenty of space and was perfect for our group, but we did notice a few things that could use some attention. It was quite warm when we arrived, and a couple of the towels had stains on them, which made things feel a bit less clean than expected. The dishwasher was full, and the back patio area could’ve been tidied up a bit more — the porch also seemed to have some damage.Overall, we still enjoyed our time and the location really made everything easy! With a little extra cleaning and upkeep, this would be an absolutely perfect spot. Thank you so much!!

It works
We went to spend time with our Sailor. The home was close to the railroad, so if that is going to impact your sleep be mindful. It woke us up but was not an ongoing thing. The bedrooms are all upstairs , which was fine for us but could be a struggle for the very young or elderly. The only real issue we had was that the ovenwould not keep a consistent temperature so it was hard to get things cooked. We had no issues but the home is right at the edge of where the neighborhood seems to be less maintained.

Disliked: Communication, location
Trains are loud/communication wasn’t good.
If you have small children or elderly, this is not the place to stay. The stairs up to the 2nd floor are very steep so I would not recommend for any elderly person. If you have children that nap or go to bed early, also would not recommend this place as it is right next to the train tracks and they blow the horn passing by. The trains run from early morning to very late at night. If you’re looking to cook big meals, you might want to bring your own spices and pans that you need. Kitchen is limited. We also tried to contact the host 4 separate times about a possible late checkout and they never responded which I felt was poor communication. Maybe it was a weekend thing but they should have at least reached out.
