I was genuinely surprised and disappointed to see a 3-star rating, especially since your written review described the property positively and noted it was spacious, comfortable, and a good base for exploring Bozeman, Big Sky, and Yellowstone. You did not mention any issues or areas for improvement, which makes the rating especially concerning. While I understand some guests reserve 5 stars for perfection, on vacation rental platforms a 3-star rating is considered poor and can significantly impact a small host’s visibility and future bookings. If something about your stay warranted that rating, I wish you had shared it so we could address it. Without any feedback, we have no opportunity to improve. Because of this, I don’t feel comfortable hosting you again. I cannot risk receiving another 3-star rating from a guest who otherwise indicates they had a positive stay. I hope you understand this is a business decision, not personal. I wish you the best in your future travels, but we will not be able to host you again.

This was the perfect place for our stay. We were in town for our son’s graduation. It was easy access to everywhere we needed to go. We loved the little running water next to us in the ditch.

Elegance and convenience

The apartment is beautifully appointed and well stocked with appliances and housewares and linens. It was great having no neighbors (except a yummy foodtruck!) And the owner provided excellent instructions and commu ication. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely.

The apartment is very nicely furnished with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The creek adds a special touch. Having a taco truck in the same parking area was very convenient. The rating is not 5 stars due to the basically 24 hour road noise from Jackrabbit Lane aka Montana Highway 85.
