We are originally from TX and Indiana, but have enjoyed living in various parts of the country. Vero Beach is our favorite because of the beautiful beaches and incredible weather. We loved our home there and decided to renovate it for VRBO guests as well as spend our down time there. We love the neighborhood and the small town feel of Vero . We are also loving that old downtown Vero (14th Ave. district) has become quite the night spot for restaurants w/ great outdoor dining, socializing, and street festival events.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it was centrally located just a few minutes from the beach, shopping, cultural district, and downtown buzzing restaurant district. It has beautiful trees, lovely neighbors, and is great for evening strolls.
What makes this property unique
Our property has just been completely renovated with attention to design, comfort, and utility. It offers the privacy of a home, benefits of garage, laundry, porch, patio, outdoor cooking, and an office/study for professionals/or business travelers. It has the latest in kitchen appliances, decor, and 3 large screen smart TV's with Roku streaming.
