Whether you’re skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, or soaking in the stunning fall foliage, this ski-in/ski-out condo is perfect for every season. Step outside to the slopes in winter, or explore scenic trails and mountain coasters when the weather warms up. After a day of exploring, unwind on the private balcony, or take advantage of shared resort amenities like the seasonal pool and hot tubs.

The two-story apartment features a comfortable master bedroom with a king bed, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with a queen and extra-long single bed, and a loft with two single beds. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has space to refresh. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals after a busy day of outdoor activities, and the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for extended stays.

The spacious living and dining area, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and ample board games, invites you to gather and relax. Large windows offer views of the surrounding woods, bringing the beauty of each season right inside. Stay cozy with space heaters in every room, and enjoy the summer months with air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms.

For even more relaxation, enjoy access to shared resort-style amenities at Winterplace, including the indoor pool and hot tubs (seasonal).

Ski lifts are just out the door and to the left! Located directly on 4 Green trails leading to the Clock Tower base

Our listing is on the 3rd floor, and because we are on the top floor, we have more privacy, a nice view of the woods and the large double-story vaulted ceilings. There are several flights of stairs to our unit and stairs to the loft within our unit. It is not handicapped accessible.

We encourage you to bring beach towels if you like.
Hot tubs are only open during the ski season.
The pool is closed from April and typically reopens by Memorial Day.

July golf trip

We were in the Ludlow area for a golf trip and rented this condo on Okemo mountain. The condo was perfect for four guys all needing separate rooms and beds. The condo is only five minutes from Foxrun golf club and from downtown Ludlow. The unit itself is in great condition with comfortable beds and a large kitchen and living room area. We had a great time and would stay here again in a minute.

Just as described. We went with 6 adults and enjoyed our stay despite weather conditions that prevented us having to wait til the day we were heading home to ski. We were able to leave our vehicle at the condo and still ski down from there which was great . Short walk to the chair lift from the condo . Well stocked with games and also had Netflix and other options to watch movies etc . Condo was clean and decorated nicely . Beds were comfortable and owner was quick to answer any questions . This condo is also a short walk to the hot tub and pool house . Would stay here again .

A Cozy Retreat for Families

Our stay was fantastic, thanks to the prime location steps from the ski lift—a dream for two families with kids under 13. Though the washing machine snag took a few days to fix, the property owner communicated effectively and resolved it as swiftly as possible. The small yet efficient kitchen had all the essentials, making family meals a breeze.

They will charge you EXTRA at the end

I spent a lot 9f money for the weekend and they charged an extra cost for deep cleaning and damage done to the property. Two chairs were broken when we arrived and one was slightly wiggly. One night that wiggly chair completely broke while my wife(98 pounds) was sitting on it. The owner said that we broke the microwave which we never even used and there were stains/stool on bathtubs which is insane. We even brought our own shampoos and soaps and just took quick showers. Be aware that the owner might charge you extra for things you haven't even used. Take pictures for your evidence. I use VBRO every year for skiing and have never had 1 complaint from the owner. I don't even care about leaving reviews, because I have more valuable things to do. I don't really care about the extra charge at this point, but I don't want any more victims from this rental property.

Amazing location! Parking pass was slightly stressful as we got there late on Friday & there was a sign on our car in the morning saying the car was going to be towed. We got it sorted & nothing towed, but slightly stressful. Accommodation was great - clean, spacious, nice area to take off ski clothes, etc. slightly early checkout time (10 am). Nice book with detailed info. No extra condiments like you find in some places. All in all well worth the money for the ease of access to mountain. Thank you!

Great place for a weekend in the mountains

We had a great time at the condo. We spent a ton of time outside and had a great weekend. The check-in process was a bit tricky, but we were able to resolve it fairly quickly. The property itself was great for all of us and my kids were thrilled with all of the games and books provided by the owner. It was a great experience overall.

Our family had a great stay! We loved being right by the slopes. There were two flights of stairs…which was fine for us, but just for others to know. We were able to hang skis outside wall and there was a locker for storage as well! We enjoyed the variety of games available to play. We did go to the pool and hot tub. kids enjoyed swimming. The beds were cozy and the tvs had many apps to choose from to watch. Thanks for a nice stay. (There are pictures of game console remotes, but there was no game console to play…which my kids would of enjoyed and were looking forward to)

We had one issue at check in but it was resolved in a professional manner and the host was on the phone with me immediately to resolve it. THe condo is clean, spacious and cozy. Firewood available right outside in the parking lot. Beds and sofa were comfy. Would go back again.!

Much nicer than expected

The owner really takes pride in making sure you have everything you need a beautiful binder with all the instructions you could possibly need from restaurant recommendations to recycling when I unload the dishwasher I know exactly where everything goes because she has labeled all the shelves in the kitchen pots pans spatulas all feel brand new And while there is space heaters in every room, the place is so well insulated we kept the temperature at 65 the entire time she even has Hulu and some other apps on the televisions which are also in every room. I’m definitely coming back nice terrace to hot tubs of pool ski in ski out in a beautiful condo . What more could you ask for?

Great mountain location

This condo is located near the top of Okemo ski resort. The location is great for people who want to escape the big city hustle/bustle. I stayed here with my family for a couple of nights and was very pleased. The condo was stocked with everything you could need for a family. There was a slight issue with the cleaning, but it was resolved shortly. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Why they chose this property

When I searched for a ski vacation home, I visited almost every ski area in the North East. I loved Okemo. Okemo has the greatest snow coverage of any mountain. They make snow constantly and skiing often continues into April. The trails are impeccably groomed.

We also found the mountain very friendly. Skiers are polite and chat on the lifts. Totally unpretentious.

Okemo easily accessible from New York City and Boston.

Unlike many mountains, Okemo has a genuine village (Ludlow) with great local places with lots of surprises to explore year round. The restaurants are great (It is a must to visit Harry’s. Try the shrimp and corn bisque!). There are lots of local attractions from the delicious wine and cheese shop to glass makers and beautiful nature destinations. Great local markets too (Check out Singletons. It has everything including great milk vodka.)

It is great for kids, the children’s programs are amazing. My son is skiing better than us and he looks forward to going. The instructors love kids and it shows!

Our unit is very bright and cheery and we find it a relaxing get away in all seasons.

We come to get away from the NJ summer heat and my husband fly fishes at some great local holes and always hike to the fire tower at the top of the mountain.

We love being so high up on the mountain during ski season. We never have to go to the base and can totally avoid the base lift lines. You definitely feel spoiled!

What makes this property unique

Bright and cheery. Obviously, ski on/ski off -great for hot chocolate and lunch breaks. Our two story high windows look out on forest, providing privacy and beautiful views in every season.

We have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a second home for us, not just "a rental". For example we have 2 coffee pots, one for decaf and one for regular. Specialty glasses for everything from beer to margaritas! We have what you need to make your stay your own, from pizza pans to toasters for bagels.

Lots of board games for children, puzzles and books. TV/DVDs in two bedrooms in addition to the living room so all can see what they like.
