3 BR Condo in Seawinds Resort Located in North Myrtle,Sleeps 8! Amazing ocean front condo right near Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach! *Must check in by 10pm for FOB. Our condo ifeatures s with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and 30 ft oceanfront balcony! Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, queen bed in spare room and two twins in our 3rd bedroom great for the kids or extra guests.
Living room features coastal decor, dining for six, and a wine/liquor cabinet so you can stock on longer stays. You are literally walking distance (or golf cart ride) from Barefoot.

This condo was amazing! It was spotless, photos did not do the condo justice, it was absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & utensils! Beautiful ocean view from the large balcony that extended from the living room to the master bedroom! Dealing with Empire Elite was a breeze, they responded very quickly to my questions thru email. We had a fabulous week at North Myrtle Beach!

Overall this place was great and we would stay here again. The location and views were great, the space was comfortable and cute. Needs minor updates like functional blinds in the ocean view rooms for sleeping.

Got to condo at 4pm checkin time but had to email to get door code to get in so had to sit in car for a while. Then got the wrong code so had to wait for correct one. Condo is in need of some repair (updating, painting, new furniture, etc.) Old washer/dryer in kitchen need to be removed to improve storage. Oceanfront balcony was nice.

There were more rooms and beds than the pictures suggested which was nice. They allowed an early check in and were very communicative. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Excellent location

Unit was clean and had everything we need.location was perfect and closed to a lot of good places,pool area was clean. Only issue I had was that the master bedroom courtain was missing some pieces wich allowed the sunlight to come trough the windows while I was still sleeping. I would recommend this place for sure.

Nice stay

It was a decent room with all the amenities. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice especially for when it was cooler. The beach wasn't crowded either. The only complaint I have is how easily my toddler could open the balcony doors -- the locks just pushed up. Also the front door only had a code lock on the outside of the door but nothing on the inside to stop my toddler from just turning the knob to open it. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great property not the most clean

Out stay was great minus the cleanliness of the unit. The location, check-in, and amenities were great. We did have to buy cleaner as there was black mold growing on the shower curtain, we also vaccumed as there was a lot of hair and dirt on the carpets.

LOVED the balcony and proximity to the beach. Location worked for the softball tourney we were attending. The pictures were spot on as the place is very dated. Cleanliness was an issue for my wife and mother and it was tough to disagree with them. I would consider a new cleaning crew as they are really doing you a disservice.

Gallery pictures not accurate

Had a good stay due to the location b/c spent most of the time at beach, dining out once daily, & shopping. The gallery had pictures that were not of this particular unit. Knew it had carpet but 2 thick black rugs were added to dining/den area = tripping hazard. Kitchen/bath cabinetry & carpet needs updating to tile (walking barefoot on carpet with water/sand traffic made my feet feel dirty even before we ever went to the beach). Had disconnected washer/dryer in kitchen cabinets which reduced cabinet space that was much needed to offer a full service kitchen. Cutlery tray was stored on top of microwave with only 5 forks, 5 spoons. No can opener, no scissors, no mixing bowls. There was a stackable washer/dryer. Carpet near kitchen looked like it had been scratched up by a dog. Handle on sliding door to balcony was broken (Hubby fixed with a washer)and there was no handle on the outside of said door. He did try to contact owner but no one ever answered. We rented from Fri-Fri and only had 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person which resulted in running the washing machine daily. For what we paid for this, I was a little disappointed. We use VRBO frequently, and typically experience better decor and functionality. Two years ago, we rented in the same building, different unit which was more to our liking. If you've read this far, please know the beach area is great! I only reviewed this unit to give a heads up to potential renters.
