DETAILS: Welcome to Suite Magnolia I, a lovely Seaside home with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that accommodates 4 guests. Known for its picturesque and walkable streets, Seaside is a beach lover’s paradise with charming local restaurants, boutiques, and community pools alongside a family-friendly atmosphere. Guests will love this home’s multiple outdoor spaces and the quick walk to the beach!

An expansive front porch with a bench swing and a charcoal grill off the walking path greets guests upon arrival at this 2-story home. Inside, a cool color palette and hardwood floors stretch throughout the home to create a soothing and comfortable environment. There are 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor with queen beds and private bathrooms.

Guests will find a bright living space and combined eat-in kitchen filled with natural light upstairs. Spend a sunny morning making breakfast to share at the 6-person table. In the living area, 2 Spring green couches and an armchair surround the TV and provide a cozy place to unwind from a day of beach fun. The house was in a great location, has cute furnishings, is very clean and has a great floorplan for two to four people but needs some TLC. Upon entering, it was apparent that the hardwood floors are in dire need of refinishing. All of the white woodwork needs repainting - the doors and doorframes are dingy from use. It looks as though the bathrooms were refinished but the door hinges should have been replaced as they are rusted. While I am sure that an iron is rarely needed at the beach, we did need to use it as we had an event to attend but it did not work. Also, the bed did not have a mattress pad under the very thin sheets so it was very warm while sleeping.

Range wouldn’t turn off, cable wouldn’t work - repair man was able to fix cable but not range. We discovered toaster wouldn’t work as well but didn’t bother to call management again. Range burner staying on was dangerous. Had to keep a pot of boiling water going or turn off the breaker.
