1 bed/1 bath, entire private two floor palapa. Sunny, great views! Large, bright, open living space. King mat, fully stocked kitchen. Wifi. Private bath. Safe. Very close to square, beach, bus station. NO SMOKING ex in garden areas. Old Mexico charm in this lively Mexican/Gringo residential area. Note: Appt has fans but No AC
