Hi there! We really enjoyed our stay — the home was in a great location near the WaterColor camp, and we loved all the outdoor spaces for relaxing and socializing. The living and dining areas were very comfortable, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect with plenty of linens and toiletries. The kitchen was well‑stocked too, even more than we expected.We did want to mention a few issues we ran into: the range hood only worked on one setting, and one of the gas burners wouldn’t light. One tire on the golf cart was very low on air, though we were able to get it filled at the bike rental hut. Also, during a morning ride, a pedal and metal arm fell off one of the bikes. We tried calling and texting the property manager several times but didn’t receive a response. We eventually reached the rental host later in the afternoon and got instructions on who to contact.Overall, we had a good stay — just wanted to share these notes so they can be addressed for future guests.

Our family of 8 LOVED this house. Our favorite part was the porch. We liked the location close to Camp WaterColor. We enjoyed and used the bikes and LSV. (We also used the convenient trolley that WaterColor offers.) The room set up was perfect for us as we had 3 couples and 2 children. There were lots of great details - a stocked kitchen, main living area plus an upstairs living room space, big and beautiful main porch, screened porch with ping pong, beach chairs and toys available for our use, outdoor shower, washer and dryer... To name a few! The host was great to work with - responsive and good communication. We had trouble with a couple of the TVs and they sent someone right out to fix it. We also decided to extend our stay and they were very helpful with that transition. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great 4 en suite bedroom home

Great home with wrap around porches and 3 master bedrooms with en suite bathroom and one bunk room with en suite bathroom. Great space and privacy for all. Accommodating host with prompt communication.

Water color rental

Loved the house and all was clean and convenient. We had to change rental houses and management worked quickly to find us accommodations. We’ll be back!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The biggest challenges we faced and we’re not exactly prepared for was the difficulty (even with a golf cart) the distance and difficulty of getting three small children to the pool or especially to the beach attempting to take car seats along with anything we needed at the beach. Note you are not allowed to bring coolers, food or drinks to any of the pools. Our family jokingly have said we’ve never been so close to the beach before yet so far away. The property itself is beautiful. The neighborhood is picturesque and property management was extremely easy to communicate with. You are also about 20 minutes from the nearest Walmart supercenter for groceries or any other activities for children.

We completely understand traveling with little ones can make logistics feel a bit more challenging — especially when packing for beach or pool days! For future reference, the Camp WaterColor pools are just a quick 3-minute walk or 1–2-minute LSV ride from the home, and the Beach Club is about a 10-minute walk (or around a 5–6-minute LSV ride). Most guests find the golf cart a great option for getting around the community easily. While the nearest Walmart is about 20 minutes away, there’s also a Publix just 1–2 minutes from the property that’s very convenient and well-stocked for groceries and essentials. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you and your family back again soon for an even smoother and more relaxing visit!
