While you watch your favorite family movies on the flat screen television you can slide the floor to ceiling sliding doors open to feel the coastal breeze. When it is time to prepare a meal you will have everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. There are granite counter tops and updated appliances to help make your seafood dish delicious. You will have everything you need when you stay at Phoenix East 1201. There are flat-screen televisions in every bedroom with cable access, free WiFi and a washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

After the sunset when it is time to sleep the primary bedroom will be sure to leave you feeling refreshed for the next fun-filled day. There is a king-size bed along with access to a private side balcony overlooking Orange Beach. The bathroom has a spacious counter area as well as a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full-size guest bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

PARKING
Payment for parking passes will be collected separately. Once purchased, passes will be picked up on-site at the property and will be valid for the duration of your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The Phoenix East HOA has approved a project to replace the balcony closet doors in stacks 03, 08, and 09. This work has started and is expected to continue through the end of May. This condo, Phoenix East 1201 (stack 01) will not require any work, however, the contractors will be using a swing stage to access the balconies being serviced, so general construction noise may be present during the day.

The HOA at Phoenix East has decided to move forward with an indoor pool area renovation. The project is expected to begin in mid-April, with an anticipated completion in mid-May. During this time, the indoor pool and hot tubs will be temporarily unavailable. Guests may use the indoor pool and hot tubs at Phoenix East II during the duration of the renovation.

This is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Monthly rentals are available from November through March 1st. Guests of Phoenix East must obtain wristbands at the front desk in the lobby. There are no additional costs associated with the wristbands.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
