We welcome you to a quiet and relaxed time in our 1 bedroom apartment. There are 4 parks in the area and offer anything from a competitive game of pickleball, basketball or a nice brisk walk or jog on one of the walking paths nearby. Two of the parks offer outdoor exercise equipment and community park offers a great space for a game of frisbee a competitive soccer or baseball game.
We are right off the 99 freeway and have quick easy access to downtown Bakersfield if you are here for a specific event or close to Famosa Dragstrip if you are here for March Meets. Bakersfield is centrally located with a Studio Movie Grill just 5 miles away where you can enjoy a great movie and dinner while relaxing in the comfortable seats. If you love Country Music you can travel just off the 99 and find Buck Owen's Crystal Palace for the best Chicken Fried Steak or enjoy a gread dinner and music on a Friday Night.
