Indoor Outdoor living at its best, with only three steps to entry, multiple decks, and an exceptional  waterfront screened porch big enough to entertain the whole crew. Fishermen and boater's paradise. You are just around the haystacks from launching directly into the ICW for a day of fishing. A ten minute boat ride will get you to the dock at Sears Landing for a waterfront seafood dinner. A ten minute walk will get you to Surf City public beach access number 4, where your swimmers and shell seekers can enjoy the beach for the day. Small boats, kayaks, or canoes can tie up on dock, and your power boat can go on the lift. Our fully furnished modified single wide is your perfect retreat for 2 couples, 2 fishermen, or a small family looking for a relaxing and adventurous escape. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting living area, perfect for cozy evenings or game nights with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and the comfortable bedrooms offer a peaceful haven after a day of exploring.



Ground Level: We are a one story house on the ground. 

Boat lift and dock on the canal; weight and length limit - Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City can give you the boat size that can be accommodated on the lift. Dock with corner cleats. Elderly friendly low threshold deck throughout the yard leading to dock.

Free private parking for 4 vehicles, size dependent. No restrictions on boat trailers.

Wraparound Screen Porch: swinging basket chair, rattan sofas, Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining table seats 6, woven side chairs.

Bedroom 1: queen bed, chest of drawers, smart TV.

Bedroom 2: queen bed, wicker chest.

Living Room: queen size sofa sleeper, cocktail ottomans, recliner, smart TV.

Kitchen: double sink, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator/freezer. electric drop in range, microwave, toaster oven, fully equipped to cook at home. Please note this house does not have an automatic dishwasher.

Dining Area: waterfront view, dining table seats 3, chest of drawers, 

Bathroom: single vanity, step-in shower, toilet

Laundry: washer and dryer



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Call to make pet payment. Additional dog may be added with restrictions and additional payment.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
