Welcome to "Athena" This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom is the ultimate balance of high-end style and comfort. Located close to the UofC and Trans Canada Highway, this property is family friendly and welcomes long and short-term stays. Able to sleep as many as eight, this home is great for corporate trips also! Close to parks, shopping, downtown, and transit! This location cannot be beaten.
Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation.

A non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 for each pet, per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking.. • Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book. • Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.
