The lake view was phenomenal! House was dated and floorboards were squeaky which made it impossible for me (the insomniac) to move around without waking other members of the family up. Getting in & out of the driveway was tricky at times on the busy street with fast moving cars and curves in both directions.

Great location away from the crowds in town, but close enough to be there within minutes. Beautiful view of Lake Estes! Fully stocked kitchen. Older home but fresh new carpet, and the view more than made up for it.
