Great location to the RMNP, quiet location, very clean property, great views of the mountains from inside and out, comfortable bed, loved the comfy living room furniture, plenty of space for the two of us but would be good for a family. close to other points of interest and was able to see herds of elk from the deck. We would stay here again.
Our stay at his location accommodated our needs. It was centrally located for the activities we had planned. The views were fantastic! We enjoyed all aspects of our stay.
Was great views and very clean. Didnt like the stairs but without them would not have the view so it was ok. Getting in was tricky first time using this so had to have youngest in oir group fugure it out lol. Had a great time. Thankd
Lovely stay in a nice condo. Great views and great amenities. Clean and quiet. The only caveat is that we didn't realize the main living space is on the second floor -we didn't have issues, but someone with mobility problems might. And the road leading up to the property is very rutted and steep, again we had an SUV so no issues, but a low centered car would have problems.
Overall a very comfortable stay and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The bedroom and living room furnishings were in good condition. There were some opportunities for improvement which were shared with management team. The main guest bathroom toilet seat is not secure, loose/moves when sitting. The microwave light needs replaced. There is damage to the fiberglass around the shower faucet in the lower level bathroom and the sink faucet keeps running.Windows in the living room, master bedroom (king bed), and guest bedroom (twin beds) were very difficult to close far enough to secure the locks.Driveway significant erosion in need of repair.
