Max 4 ppl in home & NO pets..

We also live next door & have two other rentals on property.

House is attached to private occupied studio. No access in/out of studio, vice versa.

We like to keep this home very affordable for guests & keep it simple/basic. Please bring detergent & cooking oil. Minimal cookware provided.

Home has sensitive plumbing. Most toilet paper should go into trash. No mailbox access.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
