Welcome to this beautiful condo located in northern Scottsdale; a very peaceful place where you can enjoy your stay. The location is excellent near Highway 101, a few miles from Mayo Clinic and twenty minutes from Phoenix International Airport.
Come and enjoy the proximity to the shops and exquisite restaurants, as well as the rounds of golf, spring training, walking trails and other amenities. The condo is on the second floor with a great view of the mountains, also offers swimming pool, gym, and free parking.

Very clean and spacious condo. Easy to get too but not in high travel area so you didn't have the noise from the city. Had everything thing that you needed to prepare ameal in the full kitchen. The bathroom had a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable.

Excellent property ! Very clean with comfortable beds in both rooms. The location allows easy access for both north and south Scottsdale. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. The property and entire complex was very quiet. We will use again when traveling to Scottsdale whenever we have 4 or less people. The host responds immediately if you have any questions or need assistance.

Extended weekend

Stayed at this condo for 5 days. It was super cute, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Scottsdale. It was so close to everything and 3 minutes from the 101. Heated hot tub and pool was close to condo as well. Property manger was so enjoyable to work with. We will difinitely stay again!

Great place and host

Clean and simple... everything we needed. Good beds, good linens and amenities. We will be staying again. Condo complex makes it a tad difficult to locate, but only an issue the first time finding

Great Condo in Scottsdale

Very nice condo, we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, most everything you need for basic cooking. TV in living room and king bedroom. Pool area is very nice, has covered area with table and chairs and grills. Plenty of lounge chairs. The pool closest to condo is not heated. Balcony with 2 chairs and table. Condo is on second floor, left hand side of building, facing parking lot. Super nice having Starbucks, grocery store, Walgreens within walking distance.

We found it neat and clean, as advertised. I don’t recall the add stating it was on the second floor, so I was surprised by that. I may have missed it though. Jessica was easy to work with and it was nice that the unit had coffee pods for the coffee maker. It also works with a paper filter if you want to brew a pot.

great location in north scottsdale

We have stayed at Signature condos many times. This particular condo was what we expected of this development. However, most of these condos have an information booklet inside that lists internet information, manager contact info, how to use the pools, grills and gym etc.. This one did not. As a consequence, we had to contact the manager (via the difficult VRBO website, but who was very accommodating) to figure out how to hook up to WiFi. There also could have been more towels (including pool towels) and cleaning products and the windows needed washing. Nonetheless, all of the furniture, including the beds, was very comfortable.
