Newly refurbished two story carriage house in vibrant Thomas Square District
Victory Cottage is a fully furnished free standing two story carriage house in the vibrant Thomas Square Historic District/Starland area fully restored including wiring, plumbing, and insulation completed in January, 2024. Short walk to Green Truck Pub, Al Salam Deli, Hop Atomica, Starland yard, Ardsley Station, Yia Yias Kitchen, Squirrel Pizza, The Vault, with many more restaurants and lounges and even more just a short drive away. Bus stops 2 & 3 blocks away. High end finishes grace this wonderful residence including Italian tile floors & backsplash, Rohl faucets and original Heart Pine floors in upstairs bedroom. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a full-depth refrigerator, dishwasher, vented range/oven, microwave and a washer and vented dryer. The Living area has a beautiful buttery leather couch and leather recliner, live-edge island/breakfast bar and all the cooking supplies and service ware you need. The bedroom has a remote-control adjustable queen-sized bed with plenty of room underneath for storing luggage, a tall built-in closet, highboy dresser and night stands offer great storage also. Bathroom has a large fully tiled shower, walnut vanity with Rohl faucet, elegant Art Deco sconces and mirror. Plush Bath Towels and sheets are included. A large linen closet provides plenty of bathroom storage space. The hot water is provided by a tankless system so never runs out of hot water. Entry to the property is through a gate and there is plenty of free on-street parking behind the home. A small brick paved area provides outdoor space for a small bistro set which is also provided. Beautiful light throughout both levels of the home and wood blinds are also provided. Maximum occupancy - 2 people. No smoking /vaping and no pets please. Rent covers all utilities, Wi-fi and a once-a-month cleaning service. (Final cleaning service is charged to tenant.) *** Landlord is a licensed GA Real Estate Agent***
