This is a beautiful condo that is well maintained and easily accessible to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The host has great communication and made the check in / out process an easy experience. Our family of four enjoyed our time together while vacationing in the area and have added this condo on a definite place to stay for future trips.

Great location, just outside of downtown, yet within quiet neighborhood. Having garage was a plus. Enjoyed back patio where we saw many elk and deer.All appliances were functional and clean.

Great stay!

We were very comfortable in this condo and enjoyed watching the fireworks over the lake from the back patio on July 4th. Easy access to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. I somehow missed that the unit is not air conditioned, but it wasn't a big problem because it cools off a lot at night.

RENTERS BEWARE, no air conditioning in this condo and gets hot during the day! We visited this condo in August expecting air conditioning because it was not posted in the description. No ceiling fans in the lower part including kitchen, dining and living room area. Condo is nice and clean but the AC was a deal breaker for the 4 of us that stayed there. I would not have spent all that money and rented this condo had I known before. Contacted host and they were no help.

The condo was comfortable and clean with plenty of room for all six of us. A great spot to relax after our days in RMNP. We appreciated the grill and outdoor dining space and garage parking was a plus.

The house is clean and has all the essential items we needed. It is also located at the doorstep to RMNP. Enjoyed our time during our stay. Will stay here again at our next visit to RMNP.
