I can certainly understand your frustration with the error in the listing regarding the hot tub.. We have since corrected that error and in fact reimbursed you almost an entire night stay for the error.. You were informed that cleaners were at the property when you requesting an early check-in. We told you we have the same day check out and wanted to make sure the home was completely ready for you.. The person you claimed that was on the phone was actually on the phone with me informing them what is needing to be done and task at other locations.. As far as a hot water I would have loved earlier communication instead of informing me the day you're leaving that there was no hot water so that we had an opportunity to address that immediately along with anything else. I understand their concerns but I don't really feel your review is fair as we weren't given the opportunity to resolve anything and in fact refunded you an entire night for the error... Nonetheless I hope you enjoyed your stay outside of that..
