Unit located on the 10th floor - very close to the rooftop on the 12th.
Open-spaced common area with a beautiful view, and a large-screen smart TV.
Free wifi included.
Fully equipped kitchen with a spacious island, and all the tools you need, even a set of chef knives!
Two bedrooms equipped with queen beds, and an additional sofa-bed in the living room.
Two bathrooms making your stay easier as a group and saving you some time to fully enjoy the city.
Washing machine and dryer available to use in one of the bathrooms.
One underground parking spot included. Most of the car models less than 8-feet tall can be parked in the garage.

Feel free to use the common living room on the ground floor.
At the entry of the building, vending machines are available for snacks, water, ice, and even instant pizza!
Gym area is accessible at all times.

The swimming pool is available during summer time only, and is currently closed.

Located between "Haute-Ville" and "Basse-Ville" of Quebec City, this condo is at the heart of everything and most of the attractions are accessible on foot, from the old historic part of the city, to the high-end restaurants, to the most populars bars.

With its rooftop swimming pool and BBQ terrace, you won't find any another place like this that is close to all the attractions this city has to offer. And if you are a nature lover and want to get out of the city, two highways are within a 5-min drive.
