HVAC system is in need of serious repairs The blower fan sounds like a jet aircraft There is black soot coming out of the supply vents on the kitchen counter tops.Don’t think the ductwork has ever been cleaned. The unit needs some serious deep cleaning. But it may be beyond that?It OLD and outdated, What really ruined the trip was I got bitten up by bed bugs.I can handle the bites, but the fear of bringing them home is horrible!!

This is a nice little house that was perfect for my wife and I. It would also be great for a small family with the two twin beds in the spare room. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The house is an easy walk to the beach, about one and a half blocks away. The pool was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing Stay

We had a great time in Anna Maria Island. This location was perfect for us (nice and quiet and close to the beach). The place was so clean and stocked with what we needed. The pool was chilly but it was due to the cold weather.

Perfect for a family vacation

My wife and two children (6 and 8) experienced our best vacation while staying here. Plenty of room for us along with everything needed. The kids enjoyed the private pool and it was a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and we had no issues throughout the week. Definitely would like to stay here again.

Nice Beach Cottage

Our stay was very comfortable in this nice beach house. It’s very close to the beach within blocks and walkable. When we got into the house, it was very clean and the kitchen was already fully equipped. We are a family of 5 and the kids and teen really enjoyed the pool. There was no noise and outdoor areas were very comfortable. Overall our stay was outstanding.

Great house great trip

We had a wonderful time on the island again. House was perfect for what we needed. We had 6 in our party and we made use of both the nearby beach and the pool. Everything was very close and easy to access. We reached out the the owner two times with questions and they got back to us immediately and resolved our concern in minutes. Overall it was a great trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place/short walk to beautiful beach

This place was just what we needed. Private pool (Great for social kids who would meet to many people at a condo and not social distance) laundry room and sufficient kitchen. This is a two block walk to a gorgeous beach which is amazing. They have a large beach cart to use and beach stuff (we brought our own since we are already avid beachers). Master bedroom bed was actually comfortable which is hard to come but in most vacation rentals. Great place you won’t regret booking this one!

Perfect quick get away

We planned a last minute trip for the family to Florida. We never have been to Anna Maria Island but found this property at the perfect price and location. It was so great! Had everything we could need. The pool was the perfect size for a family of 4 and the screened in porch was a great way to enjoy the outside without the bugs. The distance to the beach was a little far for a 3 year old to drag all our stuff down so we rented a golf cart but it would have been doable for adults.

Great little spot!

We had a great time at this location and we were surprisingly able to see the Fourth of July parade perfectly from the comfort of the backporch which was a great surprise for the kids. We enjoyed the backyard pool area thoroughly, it was nicely decorated with a good amount of privacy. The rental home is a reasonable walking distance to the beach and they provided 2 wagons and 4 beach chairs in the garage as well. The home was clean and provided all of the essentials you would need including something as simple as laundry baskets, which we really appreciated. We love this island and the rental company was very quick to address any concerns we had.

Lovely Place

Place was amazing! The pool was a little green on the floor and edges you could see your foot prints. Contacted management they came and looked at pool and said it was not green but the cleaning company did not come till Friday to “clean”. Other wise loved it inside is very clean!

Loved AMI

The home was nice and the backyard was a tropical oasis however the pool was pretty dirty when we checked in on Saturday and even though we notified them, it still wasnt cleaned until Thursday evening while we were away to dinner. The home did irritated all of our allerigies and my husband wondered if the airfilter needed to be replaced but it was very beautiful and had all of the amenities we hoped for. Great location on a quiet part of the island

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your review! We apologize for the delay in the pool company coming to clean the pool. We were happy to send out our maintenance techs to determine that it was likely staining on the pool walls versus anything else. And we are happy you were able to enjoy it!! Close to the beach & easy access to the free Trolley!

I came here as a solo get away in September and loved my time! Being able to float around in the pool all day was amazing. The pool was super dirty when I first got there but they had just experienced a hurricane prior to my arrival so that's why - they got it cleaned up for me that same day as soon as I reached out. Quick walk to both the beach and to a trolley stop which can take you to either end of the island. One downfall was the lack of re-stock provided such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel etc. I assumed this would be stored in the linen closet but had to go buy it all from the store. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Hi Brooke, Thank you so much for your review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your vacation with us! We manage 150 properties on the island, so we do our best to get our guests started with the basics. Often, there are essentials left behind by previous guests but not all the time. We appreciate your understanding with the pool mess the hurricane left behind but I'm happy we got it addressed very quickly for you. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! The best family vacation we’ve ever had!

This property, and the beautiful island of AMI gave us the best week of our lives. The location of the home was perfect, centrally located on the island and we biked all over for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We parked the car and only used it to get to our kayak adventure in Sarasota. The home was stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, sand toys, pool floats etc. We had coffee each morning on the covered back porch and listened to the birds sing. We walked or biked to the beach each day and it was an extremely easy walk. The private pool was the highlight of our stay! The back yard made you feel like you were in a tropical oasis. The beds slept great, the kitchen was well stocked and we had absolutely everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Lovely, Convenient, and Clean!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Upon entry, the unit was spotless and homey. Not mentioned in the description (or perhaps we missed it) were two additional roll away beds. The private pool and backyard were very inviting as was the screened patio where we are every home-cooked meal. As others have commented, the beds were the most comfortable I've stayed in away from home. A beach cart along with chairs is available for your use…as well as a myriad of pool toys. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. There were no issues and we felt completely safe. The condo is attached to one other that had permanent residents who were also lovely. We have no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely consider this condo again!

AMI perfection

We’ve been coming to AMI for the last six years, and once again we were not disappointed. Wonderful property and great management agency. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Just 2.5 blocks to the beach, plenty of sand toys and 2 foldable wagons to bring everything to the beach. There were some sand chairs and an umbrella we didn’t use, but nice to see they were available. Pool was clean and pool furniture is above average - more sturdy than some of the other places we’ve stayed. House was very clean and had probably the softest bath towels of any rental we’ve ever stayed in. Love the screened in lanai - perfect for all our meals. FYI, if you do your own cooking, you’ll need any and all spices you want to use as there are none (salt and pepper as well). The management company had to have a stove delivered/replaced while we were there. It was a minor inconvenience that they made up for with a restaurant gift card; we were impressed with their responsiveness. The neighbor next door was very friendly and kind as well. Overall, excellent vacay. We’d stay here and/or use this agency again!
