The host offered great communication and the listing was as promised. Beautiful ocean view with easy access and nice assorted pools. The condo left a bit to be desired in my opinion. The baseboards could really use a new coat of paint and all the scuff marks cleaned up. The entire place felt a bit cramped for our group of six, the layout is rather odd. At the higher price point I expected a bit more.

The condo unit is located at the Ocean’s One property. If you can’t tell from the pictures it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and a wraparound balcony. The bedrooms each have a queen bed and a fold up twin, plus there’s a sleeper sofa. It’s decorated well and modern, though it has a little wear and tear from being a beach rental. Both folding bed frames were bent and the couch had a pretty pungent smell, but overall it was a nice place for us. The property is fairly nice and public spaces are well kept. It has an indoor pool, 2 outdoor kiddie pools, 3 hot tubs, a lazy river, and a main outdoor pool. All were nice, but the hot tubs could use a good deep clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and rate it a solid 4 out of 5.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo, the views, and the amenities. We also appreciate you bringing the folding bed frames, couch odor, and hot tub cleanliness to our attention. We’ll make sure these concerns are shared with the appropriate team so they can be addressed. We hope to welcome you for a better experience!

Room was as advertised. Beautiful view. Communication was exceptional. No problems at all with the functioning of the room. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was clean. Room was clean. Only recommendation would be to remove the chair and add a chest of drawers to the master bedroom. However, if you bring hangers, you’re all set. It was a great vacation.
