The 55 square meters apartmen is 700 meters from the sea, convenient for the motorway exit, 10 minutes by walk from the train staion, top floor in a residential building with lift, overlooked by a 50 square meters private terrace equipped with gazebo, electric barbecue, vaporizer and shower. The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with window. The furnishings are completed by air conditioning, TV, washing machine, microwave oven and coffee machine for a real italian coffee. There are five beds: a double bed, a sofa bed and a single bed. The neighborhood is plenty of supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants.
