Spacious and secluded, the warm, rustic charm of this fully furnished and beautifully decorated log cabin will make you and your family and friends feel right at home.
Prepare for epic sunsets, Northern Lights, endless evergreens, crystal clear lakes and plentiful wildlife from your doorstep as you breathe in fresh forest air.

The first floor features three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub, a gourmet kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and a wood-burning stove, TV and entertainment center. Upstairs is a loft with an additional bed and TV. High-speed Internet is provided courtesy of StarLink to keep you connected. The kitchen features new appliances, including a sink, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining table and chairs. Outside, a porch with seating offers the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as you listen to the birds and spot deer passing by. A fire pit in the backyard provides the perfect place to gather around a cozy campfire for those Northern nights. The cabin is equipped with a washer and dryer for laundry.

Very nice accomodations, quiet/peacful setting, nicely furnished house with everything you need. Cleaning was not done when we arrived but they came quickly once we notified them it was not done. Would be nice to have some of the trees between the house & lake cut down to open up the view of the lake a little more otherwise a very nice place to stay and unwind for a few days.

Cabin retreat

Very private quiet relaxing stay. Enjoyed fishing and seeing the local sites even some bears just down the road. Deer right outside the cabin went to Ely and enjoyed the museums restaurants and shops. We will be back again and do more fishing next trip

Quick Retreat

It was the perfect property and location for a quick 3-day getaway from the Twin Cities to clear the mind and relax. The house was the ideal size, isolated enough but close enough to Ely or Tower if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing, long weekend. Easy check-in, and the host was on top of our needs.

The cabin is exactly as listed. The location is great, the cabin is beautiful, and we had a great time. However, there's some room for improvement, and some things that went wrong that were outside of the owners control, but they did a good job handling it. Some things that could be improved: more towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and soap, especially for large groups. The kitchen has wonderful built-in appliances, like viking stove, sub-zero fridge, but wasn't well stocked on cooking utensils like measuring utensils, pasta strainer, etc. When we arrived a window with no screen had been left open and it was night so the place was full of mosquitos. We shut the window and it took us a few days to get rid of all of them, but once we did, we had no more problems with mosquitos inside. So in the future, either replace the screen in one of the downstairs windows, or make sure it is never opened. The screened deck was great though. The front door handle kept falling off, which was annoying but not a big deal. Again, these are just things that could be improved, even with this, the cabin is still awesome. When we arrived the water heater and internet weren't working. Fortunately, we were able to flip a breaker to get the internet working. But the hot water heater remained out. The owners were responsive and got someone out there as soon as they could to fix it. Once it was fixed, we had no more issues with the water.
