We loved this house and had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was very clean, views are amazing, everything we needed in the kitchen. The pillows are flat and need upgraded but that’s our only complaint. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

An apparent renovation has refreshed parts of this villa, and it looks even better than the photos. The bedrooms and beds are comfy, and the air conditioning is superb for restful nights. The kitchen and utility room are well equipped, a lot of towels are available; the living room, seating areas and sofa are gigantic. The garage fits one car; two kayaks are available; lots of seating options incl. 4 comfortable pool chairs. Note: one of four bedrooms is only accessible via another. The highlight is the pool area - infinity pool and infinity cage with breathtaking views on lots of water incl. sunset, turtles, iguana, and dolphins. The perfect place to stay - we’ll be back.

The house is wonderful and has everything you could want for a vacation. We were 4 adults and a 10-year old and everyone had what they needed. Very clean, everything worked, and there were loads of towels! With all the dips into the spa and pool, that was a plus.

Relaxing stay

This was our 2nd stay, this time for 3 weeks. So relaxing and we spent much of the time just chilling by the pool. The house has everything you need for a home from home stay and we recommend this property 100% ! We’re already looking at dates for another visit !

Awesome outdoor area - beautiful. Loved all the space, reclining couches, & kitchen extras. Only negative was that the entrance to the twin bedroom was through the master bedroom.

Just perfect!

Our family of five just stayed at Liana‘s property this April and it was perfect! It was just what we were looking for to relax! The location is great. It is pretty centrally located so you can easily plan a day trip to Fort Myers or Sanibel Island. The house is very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay there again!

Relax and unwind, enjoy the sunshine

This was our 3rd family trip to this beautiful home during 4th of July week. Enjoyed the pool, bbq, playing games or watching movies in the evening. Grand daughter even fished a little with her Pops. Lovely fireworks from all angles.

This is our 3rd stay at this property - we love it and find it perfect for our needs - relaxing and enjoying the pool and canal views, plus being in a good location and nice area. The pool and patio face S/SW so there is sun almost all day and the sunsets are gorgeous.The kitchen has everything you need. With blenders to make those essential cocktails !There are plenty of towels and pool towels, although the brown theme of the bedding and bathroom towels could do with a bit of updating to brighter colors. (Still good quality, just our taste!)This is a really comfortable property with 4 bedrooms. For families with small children, the 4th bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom, which gives a complete family ‘suite’. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of the house.I’m sure we’ll be back again to our Cape Coral “home” again !

Perfect getaway and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The pool and outdoor space is amazing, a few things need to be updated but overall it was a great experience. We had a little trouble with one of the beds but when we called they came and fixed it right away. Would definitely stay here again as it is centrally located to do many things in the area.

This house is so beautiful and comfortable. It's even more beautiful than the pictures. So many amenities. The pool and hot tub are perfectly wonderful. Great place for families with children. When we come back next year I am definitely booking this house again!

Cape Coral Gem

This is our fourth stay and as usual the house does not disappoint. Great location, clean, and the house is so spacious! Even though it rained (so no trips to the beach) it didn’t put a damper on our trip because we had the pool so we could take immediate advantage of break in the weather.
