Front of house needed cleaning, full of cobwebs. Vent in master bedroom floor needs to be screwed down almost fell into it several times. Leading into kitchen there is a huge lip and is a trip hazard. Toilet seat in second bathroom is peeling and needs to be changed. The shower in second bathroom only has a glass so you will have water falling out. Also, the blinds need to be replaced in the second bathroom, they are broken. The shower in the master is too small for the shower head, there is not enough room to move around. In the master bedroom the mattress was very uncomfortable. Coffee should be pods instead of an open coffee grinds container for safety reasons. Someone’s shampoo was left in the master shower. Bunch of towels left in master closet didn’t know if it was a storage area or for our stay. Be aware the house has two other units connected to the right and left side of the house, being rented by different people. House was conveniently near highway and stores nearby. Patio was nice to have to hang out and relax. Be aware unit on right has camera in window facing patio, don’t know if they are recording or not. These are the reasons that I gave it a three star.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate guests taking the time to share their experience, though we were disappointed that none of these concerns were brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have gladly addressed many of the items immediately, including housekeeping and maintenance concerns. Several of the items mentioned have already been corrected, while others reflect personal preferences rather than defects, such as mattress comfort, shower size, and our choice to provide fresh ground coffee instead of pods (heating plastic is extremely harmful, which is why we offer ground coffee). The neighboring homes and their security cameras are independently owned and operated, are visible in the listing photos, and are not directed at the interior of our property. It's solely for their security. We're pleased you enjoyed the convenient location and outdoor patio, it's guest's favorite part! We remain committed to maintaining a clean, well-kept home and encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we have the opportunity to make things right in real time. My 4.9 rating on Airbnb on over 100 reviews justifies this, but we can't win over every guest, I guess.
