Great location near a mall with shopping and restaurants.Quiet neighborhood.The picnic table and chairs in the back yard areOld and faded.Water flow in the kitchen faucet is very slow.Needs to have a pest control treatment.Overall, it was a good stay.

This is our second stay at the Colony Retreat. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Location is ideal for shopping and dining, with a short drive to the beach. Panos was the ideal host, friendly and responsive to our needs within a matter of minutes. I would recommend his properties to anyone considering visiting the area.
