Booking Cancellations - If a guest decides to cancel within the cancelation deadline, guest will be refunded as outlined in the policy minus payment processing fees.

We love hosting our furry friends. Pets are allowed up to 3 pets. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. If coming with pets, please list during reservation. AFTER RESERVATION is confirmed we will request the pet fee.
Pet Requirements - Pets must be:
- Up-to-date on vaccinations required by state law
- Free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas
- Clean and well groomed
- House-trained
- Obedient, well-socialized and with no history of biting, excessive barking, chasing or aggressive behavior
Pet Owner Responsibilities - Pet owners must agree to:
- Be 100% responsible for their pet’s behavior, well-being and hygiene at all times
- Clean up after their pet immediately any time the outdoor pet relief area is used or an accident occurs
- Ensure their pet is not left unattended for long periods of time at the property
- Watch your pet outdoors (while we have a fenced backyard we cannot be held liable for pets getting out through holes or under fence)
- Not allow pets on furniture
- Be legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet
- Prior to checking out of the property, cleanup after my pet to not leave behind a need for excessive cleaning
Our guests` health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.
The following taxes will be collected at booking:
City of San Antonio Hotel Tax: 9%
Bexar County Hotel Tax: 1.75%
State of Texas Hotel Tax: 6%
Stays longer than 30 nights are exempt from paying the taxes above.

- Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the property
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outdoors - we please request that you dispose of cigarettes properly. Do not put out cigarettes on the artificial turf. There is a cigarette butt can over by the Rubbermaid shed and dog waste station located in backyard. If cigarette butts are not picked up there will be a $60 cleanup fee charged after your stay.
