About this property

Private, spacious home with views for days. White sand beach leads to warm, shallow cove along Lake Chelan, just north of the Welcome to Manson sign. Easy in and out, plentiful parking, just off the highway on a private lane.

Home is well equipped and stocked with everything you'll need for an amazing getaway in any season! Spacious bedrooms, three of which have lake views and en suite bathrooms. Great home for a large family, two smaller families, or 3-4 couples to share together. What will you do with your days? Play tennis on the private court, dinner with local wines on the covered deck, sunbathe on the combed beach, get out on the water ... so many options! Drive into Manson in 3 minutes or Chelan in 10 minutes with over 40 wineries in Chelan Valley as well. Walk across the street to Lake Chelan Winery for BBQ, or cook for yourselves in a well-stocked galley kitchen. Watersports equipment is not provided. BYO rafts and paddleboards (racks are right on the beachhead), wave runner and boat rentals available on the lake (buoy available for storage, dock only for pickup/dropoff).

Note, Lake Chelan levels vary by date. Typically, July 4th through Labor Day the lake is all the way full and before or after that, it can be lower. When the lake is not at full pool, it may not reach residential docks. See https://www.chelanpud.org/parks-and-recreation/lake-chelan-lake-levels for details. Individual listing photos are shown throughout the year. Boat rental companies will have daily rentals year-round for daily use, but the lake level may impact whether you can dock at individual homes such as ours.

Review of VRBO at Lake Chelan

Our stay was very enjoyable and the location was fantastic. Also the sandy beach and waterfront was outstanding. Our only issue was the next door neighbor was doing major construction that started around 7:15 am and continued until 8:00 pm when we asked if they would stop. It would be nice to have this disclosed when we booked the VRBO. The beds we’re comfortable and the home was clean. The BBQ worked great but we spent about 15 minutes of cleaning to get it ready. We enjoyed staying there.

Family getaway for 3 generations

This home is spectacular! The bedrooms are spacious and comfy, the kitchen is well-stocked with all the gadgets you need, and the property has something for everyone - swimming in the lake, relaxing by the beach, playing tennis and basketball, eating meals and playing cards at the giant table, enjoying the beautiful lake views from the deck. And we had a fun time wine-tasting down the street at Lake Chelan Winery - so close! It was an awesome weekend that exceeded all expectations. Thank you!!

Amazing Waterfront Property!

We had such an amazing stay on Lake Chelan! The home is beautiful and well equipped, but we spent most of our time enjoying the awesome private beach and outdoor area. Our kids loved the pickleball court and jumping off the dock. We can’t wait to come back, highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This place exceeded all expectations. We were looking for a place to provide an unforgettable weekend for my daughter’s 16th bday. When we found Michelle’s property we thought it looked perfect. After speaking to Michelle via Vrbo, I was convinced right away this was the right place. We have stayed in many Vrbo rentals all over the country and Mexico. Some good, some bad. This one was the best we’ve stayed at by far. The house was immaculate. It had everything you could need/want. Michelle was so kind and inviting and replied quickly to any and all questions or correspondence. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the am. My first vacation without back pain! The beach was perfect. White sand, clear waters. The patio for dinner with a sunset was unmatched. All the small touches just put it over the top. I’ve never been in a rental where the guests are invited to enjoy the owners home the way Michelle has set it up. 10000/10000. Book it. You won’t regret it.

Graduation Get Away

Our daughter and son graduated in the same weekend. With all the hoopla we were looking forward to a relaxing way to celebrate. This home did not disappoint! We all had our own space. The kitchen was stocked with all amenities and the view was gorgeous! Comfy beds and beautiful decor. Already excited to book for next summer. Wineries close by and Chelan a short drive. Loved the less touristy aspect of Manson. A very memorable vacation!

The best rental I have ever booked

I always prefer rentals over hotels no matter where we go in the world. I have booked rentals all over Europe, New Zealand/Australia, US/Canada, this is hands down the best property I have stayed at. The house is beautiful, the location is breathtaking. You can spend your entire vacation at home and never miss anything. A big sand beach, the lake front views, walk directly into the lake or walk to multiple wineries, a tennis court, beautiful deck, exceptionally well stocked kitchen and pantry. Plus the house is spacious, clean, recently renovated and clearly loved. You can easily tell when a property is used for rentals only, this is very much someone's personal home and the quality and attention to detail shows. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We are spoilt rotten! We look forward to coming here again and again in the future.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

Immaculately clean and fully stocked! Our family stayed for 4 nights over spring break and we had the best time! The view is something you need to whiteness in person and is absolutely breathtaking. We watched deer come down at night to drink from the lake, fished, and played on the white sandy, private beach. The exterior landscaping is like something out of a magazine and was so pretty with all the flowers beginning to bloom. The tennis court and beach cabana were just a few bonus perks that made our stay super fun! Inside was immaculately clean and organized, you could find just about anything you needed and it was fully stocked with the coziest sheets/bedding, fresh fulffy towels, amazing kitchen wear, dishes and utensils for any meal - and with a family of 5 we prepared most of our meals in the gorgeous galley style kitchen. We ate at the huge baffet style dining table, or at the cozy breakfast nook overlooking the lake! There were so many parks, trails, and hikes nearby and we enjoyed exploring the area each day. Michelle was an amazing host with quick communication and care. We cannot wait to come back again in the future! This was the perfect getaway for our family.

Perfect Picturesque Paradise!

A beautiful home with amazing amenities! We were lucky to have gorgeous weather for our weekend, but I imagine even watching rain or snow fall would be enjoyable from this luxuriously comfortable home. The view is breathtaking. Great cabana down by the dock with the squishiest chairs and couch, and a fire pit that amplified our star gazing at night. Sandy beach that the kids loved to run around and play in, or get active on the tennis court or with the basketball hoop. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the view and amenities and great table on the deck for outdoor dining. Now to the house! A warm cozy feeling with tons of space, great bedrooms with comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms with the softest towels ever. Everything is well organized, labeled, and QR code for WIFI makes your way around a house that isn't yours, super easy. The kitchen is a galley style but feels spacious, and is well stocked with any gadget you might need. Amazing house for a large group with lots of rooms, media room, and large dining tables. Only thing of note is the stairs are steep and many down to beach for anyone mobility impaired. There are railings. We had such a wonderful time we didn't want to leave, but I know we will be back!

We live and work in Western Washington and dream of weeks in Chelan ... but our work prevents us from being there full-time! We started hosting because so many of our friends asked to borrow our lake house, that we need VRBO to help us keep track!

Why they chose this property

We chose this location for the unique, warm, sunny white-sand beach and the gorgeous Lake Chelan views from anywhere in the home. Situated between the towns of Chelan and Manson, this is the sweet spot for wine tasting, dinners out, shopping, and access to all of Chelan Valley's activities.

What makes this property unique

We updated the entire home in 2021 to be fun, open, light, airy and modern. And everything about this house is luxe. The beds and linens are all brand-new and top-of-the-line to recover from those tiring days on the lake :-). We live here about 30% of the time, so the pantry is stocked to share and the kitchen is outfitted with the highest quality servingware, cookware and appliances. The home has Sonos sound throughout the interior and exterior spaces, with easy connection via wifi to enjoy your tunes. An 83" OLED TV will keep you entertained once the kids go to sleep :-). We were the first in the area to bring in fiber internet, providing low-latency bandwidth for everyone to work remotely if needed.
