Thank you so much! Amazing views, a wonderful hot tub, and a clean and well kept property is exactly what we strive for at Little Bear and we are so thrilled to hear that it delivered on all fronts for you! We would love to welcome you back -- whether at Little Bear or one of our other cabins -- the next time the Smokies are calling your name. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon!

We're thrilled you had a wonderful visit. Come see us (along with your fur-babies) again soon!

Thank you so much, DJ! We are so thrilled to hear that Little Bear made such a perfect setting for this incredibly special occasion -- congratulations to you and your new fiancee! Knowing that the beauty, detail, cleanliness, and seclusion of the cabin blew you both away truly means the world to us! We will absolutely make sure to pass along your incredibly kind words to Kelly -- she will be so touched to know that her care and dedication helped make your dream a reality. That is exactly the kind of hospitality we strive to provide every single guest and it means everything to hear that it showed in such a meaningful way! We would love to welcome you both back -- whether at Little Bear or one of our other cabins -- the next time the Smokies are calling your name. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon, DJ!

Thank you for staying with Mountain Laurel Chalets. We look forward to seeing y'all again soon :)

Thank you for staying with Mountain Laurel Chalets. We look forward to seeing you again soon :)

Thank you so much! We are so glad to hear that you had a great stay at Little Bear and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback! We sincerely apologize for the hot tub and the condition of the yard upon your arrival -- neither of those are up to the standard we hold ourselves to and we are truly sorry that those things were not taken care of before you checked in. Both of those items have been addressed and we are putting steps in place to make sure our pre-arrival inspections catch these kinds of issues before any guest walks through the door going forward. We always strive for a perfect 10 out of 10 experience and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back -- whether at Little Bear or one of our other cabins -- and to earn those final two points on your next visit. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Little Bear, it is the perfect chalet to just relax and enjoy the nature! It seems like you all got to do that because you saw some bears; that is so exciting! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Thank you Jackie, it is great to hear that you had a great experience at Little Bear! With such a cozy feel it is perfect for a relaxing weekend in the mountains. We look forward to having you back in the future!

Yes! You hit every point stating why Little Bear is so great! It sounds like you guys had fantastic time with us, we always want to give our guest a smooth experience, and serve them to the best of our ability! We look forward to your next visit with us.

Thank you Donna! We're glad you enjoyed your stay. Come back and see us!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay at Little Bear. Thank you for the recommendation. I will pass it on to the owner. Hope to see you again soon.

Thank you for your review and we apologize for the mess in the microwave. A 4 wheel drive or time chains are a good idea when we could get snow, but you are right about the location. Pigeon Forge is 6 miles away and Gatlinburg 2, so it is convenient to everything! We hope you can return soon.

Anyone here Dec 24th got a nice white Christmas and the travel headaches that come with it. Unfortunately, many people don't come prepared for bad weather and it can result in abandoned cars on the sides of the road on the mountain, especially this time because it fell so thick, so fast. We are glad to hear that you did prepare and got to enjoy the quiet beauty of the snow tucked safely in a mountain cabin. By the way, we were VERY fortunate to keep power that night. Thousands of homes all over the county were in the dark for several days, but Ski Mountain was spared. Little Bear is in the county, not the city limits of Gatlinburg, and we were fortunate that the county street crews were able to scrape the roads so soon after the snow. Let us know when you are ready to head back to Little Bear.

Thank you so much! We're so glad Little Bear felt lovely, beautifully appointed, and that comfortable deck and hot tub made for such a relaxing stay, plus a win for you and your pet too! We appreciate you giving future guests a heads-up about the picturesque but steep drive up, that kind of detail always helps set the right expectations! We invite you back to Little Bear or any of our other cabins next time you make your way to the Smokies!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay in the Little Bear Chalet! It has a breathtaking view that you can enjoy from the hot tub, or just the porch, and the chalet has the perfect feel to be able to relax with your family. We hope to see you back again soon!

Yes Chuck, we advertise our chalets true to what they are! Little bear chalet is the perfect place for a family mountain getaway, and they view from the back porch is truly breathtaking. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us, and hope to see you again in the future!

Thanks for the review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Little Bear is one of our older, well-loved, units as reflected by the price point. Thousands of visitors have enjoyed the one story access, covered hot tub and, since the wildfire in 2016, the beautiful views. We are sorry you were not warm enough. The winter nights can get very cold and electric heat pumps can struggle to keep up. We are glad you were able to use the wood-burning fireplace to supplement the heat while you were awake at night. Thanks for the heads up on the pots and pans. We will do a thorough kitchen inventory and restock what is missing from our inventory list. We look forwad to your next stay with us.

Thank you Jessica! All of our chalets are cleaned and inspected prior to arrival, as we always want to exceed the expectations of our guests and allow them to have the best guest experience possible. Little Bear is definitely a fantastic place to get away with family, we love the coziness of the inside and the fantastic view that it offers. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us, and we hope to have you back with us soon!
