- A luminous SITTING AREA with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that has direct access to the balcony. The space features super comfy seating, a flat-screen Smart TV with cable channels + Showtime, a coffee table, and end tables that create a wonderful place to rest and recharge between activities.
- A PRIVATE OCEANFRONT BALCONY with a table and chairs for enjoying the sea breeze while eating, drinking, or just relaxing!
- A fully-equipped bright KITCHEN with quality appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to prepare homemade dishes if you choose to eat at home. There's a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, and a blender for afternoon mixers.
- A DINING TABLE that can comfortably seat 6 guests for sit-down meals at home.
- 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate up to 4 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, ensuite full bath, and direct access to the patio
BEDROOM 2: Twin top bed & queen bottom bunk and an ensuite full bath

There's a GAME ROOM on the main floor common area that you have access to with a pool table, some arcade games, and there's a SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM in the building on the ground floor that you can use for a fee.

You'll have full, exclusive access to the condo. Plus, access to the common areas and amenities at the Oceania Beach Club condo complex.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated smoking area at the property if you must smoke. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- All guests MUST have a valid parking pass displayed and visible at ALL TIMES to prevent your car from being towed. Only ONE overnight pass is allowed per condo. We have no control over towing.
- Golf Cart Parking – Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot even if that is your only vehicle. Please park in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires.
- Front Desk Hours 9AM - 6PM Sunday-Thursday, 9AM - 9PM Friday & Saturday.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.
