Huge Beach Condo with Outdoor Veranda & Pools

Come enjoy this modern, luxurious 3BR condo with sweeping views of both the ocean and bay! Once the model unit for the Gateway Grand, the condo has plenty of comfy living space, high-end kitchen appliances, an air fryer, a Keurig, washer/dryer, and a beverage fridge. Most unique is the condo's private, 500 square foot veranda which fuels outdoor fun! Inside are 3 smart TVs (one with Hulu Live TV, a cable alternative), board games and checkers, plus a dedicated work space. The property has two pools (one indoor) and a gym. On-site parking is available in the attached garage.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
1. Please remove sheets (leave mattress protectors on), pillow cases (leave shams on) and towels. Pile in the laundry room. 2. Wash, dry, and return dishes, flatware, and such to cabinets and drawers.
3. Please wash, dry, fold, and return any beach towels used to the closet. 4. Please throw trash away (to the right and down the hall after you exit condo).
5. Please leave the FOB/key lanyards hanging on the cabinet where you found them. 6. Please let me know when you roll out so I can line up the cleaners and such for our next guest. Thanks!!
