Our flat has an elegantly decorated suite with a double bed box, 32 'led cable tv, wifi, split air conditioning, black out curtains, countertop and nightstand, wardrobe with mirrors. Bathroom with glass shower, cabinets and mirrors.
American style kitchen with refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, iron, cookware set, cutlery, plastic utensils, and all other pantry and kitchen items, sink counter tops, custom cabinetry, Washing tank.
Living room with sofa bed (reversible), split air conditioning, acclimatized panels and bench with chairs for meals.
The recreation area offers a rooftop infinity pool, sun loungers, tables and views of the beaches of Manaíra (left), Tambaú and Cabo Branco (right), 300 meters from the Tamandaré bust.
The building has a covered garage for a vehicle, 24-hour concierge, two elevators, a ballroom and gourmet space, laundry, generator, and trained and attentive staff to attend the condominiums.
